Lisa Brown works as a psychologist, yoga teacher and facilitator of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion. She is a lecturer at Charles Sturt University teaching mindfulness to health workers and educators. As a mother and grandmother, Lisa is passionate about finding a compassionate way forward in the pursuit of human and planetary flourishing.
